Hi,You definitely should contact HP Support and the seller. As OEM HP is responsible for the proper operation of both the hardware and Windows. So regardless of the cause it is theirs to resolve. Added the unit is under full warranty and may be in need of repairsor replacement. And you want the issue fully documented just in case their are related issues down the road.Check with your System Maker's Support (Motherboard Maker for custom systems)their on-line documentation and drivers, and ask in their forums about any knownissues.
